The Princesses have been framed!

A new set of girl frames with a fairy tale theme.  Aren't they adorable.  I just cannot get enough of the Julie Nutting paperdoll stamps.  I also have a new one that's a boy and can't wait to see what I come up with for him.

A very Minnie Christmas

I saw a party favor online that I really liked.  I decided to mix it up a little.  I created this adorable ornament.  This one is headed to the midwest and my little friend Grace.  I'll be making up some more of these including one for Grace's little sister Abby.  And with out the bow it turns into Mickey for your little Disney loving guy.

Photography skills, and nonskills.

So last year I finally upgraded to a DSLR camera and well it's been really intimidating.  I took a basic class to learn what all the dials and such do, and I've been trying to get out there more and just practice.

When I was little we often camped near the Kinzua Bridge and it was always a stop for us.  We would walk out on the giant bridge and then hike back underneath.  It really isn't for those who are afraid of heights but I managed to get out there and take some pictures.  This was the first time we'd been there since 2003 when a tornado hit the bridge and collapsed more than half of it.  So I took some pretty cool photos while we were there.

The far off side.

The viewing platform they built at the end of the bridge still standing.

Big giant hunks of steel.

This shows the awesome power of a tornado.  It didn't just knock the bridge over it twisted the metal.

And I just love the geometrical look of this one.

A new take on crochet.

I've been working on coming up with a few things that are different from what I've seen at other craft shows.  This is new and blue, what a perfect gift for a bride.  Below is a close up of the crochet edge.

And this pretty bracelet.  It's simple yet elegant.  I added a fancy button to close it up and think it might just be that little something to finish off an outfit.  I intend to make more of these in other colors.

Please check out my Etsy site and follow me here.  One of my newest goals is to be a regular blog poster.  Remember you can always request custom items in my shop.

Blankets, blankets, and blankets.

I also decided that baby love blankets would be a great item to try.  I found this amazingly soft yarn and so far I've created two.  One in a square and one in a starburst shape.
The colors are wonderful and will be so great for babys.

Just look at these fuzzy fibers and the great colors.

And last but not least this afghan.  I started it forever ago and went to the store for more yarn and was told it was discontinued.  My bad for not buying enough to start, I know better.  Well at a discount store the other day I found it and they had the colors I needed so here it is.  This is the first time I've used such a heavy yarn and boy is that little blanket thick and warm.

Don't forget to check out my Etsy shop and get your own little piece of Imagination Droppings.

Hat's off to you.

Let's get ready for some football!  It's that time of year and I thought this would be a popular little hat.  I'm thinking of making one with pink stitching for daddy's little quarter back to be.

Several years ago I had made my first crochet hat and it was a pumpkin.  Well I decided to update it this season and I'm very happy with how it turned out.  This one is pretty tiny and would be so adorable on a newborn.

Check back soon for more goodies.  And if you see something you can't live without head over to my Etsy shop and snatch it up.  If it isn't listed well you can always request a custom item.  I'll do something up special just for you.

Sorry...

I've been MIA and I'm sorry about that.  I know to have a good blog following you have to be a good blog poster.  Our summer running is all over, and I'm gearing up for fall craft shows.  Over the next several days I'll be showing you some of my newest creations.

But onto bigger news:  I was contacted a couple months ago from the lovely lady at Noyes Museum of Art Gift Shop.  Someone she knew had seen my Etsy shop and told her about it.  She took a look and decided that several of my items would be good for the shop which offers homemade items from artists around the area.  I was THRILLED to say the least so I crafted day and night and sent off some easy care cactus,  apple change purses, and baby cowboy boots.  They are located in New Jersey so if you are in the neighborhood stop by take a picture for me.  You can find there website HERE

Here are all my goodies before I boxed them up and sent them off.
